AIC CEI-Boulos Opportunity Fund

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS, MAY 12, 2025 -- Allivate Impact Capital® recently held its annual investor meeting for the AIC CEI-Boulos Opportunity Fund alongside its Fund partners CEI-Boulos Capital Management. During the investor meeting the team reviewed the Fund’s 2024 Social Impact Report.

The Fund invests in high impact commercial real estate projects in qualified Opportunity Zones (OZs). Targeted projects include those that create good jobs, affordable and workforce housing, environmentally sustainable focused real estate developments, and Main Street revitalization or historic preservation developments.
