Attendees also learned about current regulatory processes, and the revised Community Reinvestment Act regulation issued in October 023.

Chicagoland OZ Consortium facilitates connections through matchmaking, education and technical support to attract investment that helps create quality jobs, build wealth, and promote equitable development in Opportunity Zones located in Chicago and suburban Cook County, Illinois. The COZC is facilitating the Investment Showcase to elevate up to six local early-stage businesses that participated in local incubator/accelerator programs.

Our CEO Noelle St.Clair Lentz spoke with other leaders at the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Atrium Court in Seattle, WA. This is a socially and environmentally impactful project bringing 271 affordable workforce housing to Seattle's Othello neighborhood. Beyond housing, the project will foster community with thoughtfully designed retail spaces for locally-owned businesses, creating a vibrant hub for residents and neighbors alike.
